Service Description
We know it’s not always easy to bring your PC in for service — that’s why we offer a secure pickup and drop-off option. We’ll carefully transport your PC to our workspace, complete the necessary repairs, upgrades, or cleaning, and deliver it right back to your doorstep. We handle every system as if it were our own, using protective packaging and safe handling practices to prevent damage during transit. You’ll stay updated on the status of your service the entire time, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. It’s the easiest way to get the help you need without ever leaving your home.
What This Service Covers:
We offer a convenient pickup and drop-off service so you don’t have to lift a finger. It’s $35 each way — you can choose just pickup, just drop-off, or both. A $20 deposit is required upfront to lock in your spot, with the remaining $15 due when we arrive at your door. For example, if you only need us to pick up your PC, you’ll pay the $20 deposit now and $15 when we pick it up. If you want us to deliver it back once it’s done, that’s another $35 (again, $20 upfront and $15 on delivery). Of course, you’re always welcome to pick up your PC yourself for free if you prefer!
